Workforce Advantage encourages all
prospective H-2B employers to file as early as
possible in order to avoid delays in governmental
processing times brought on by the rapid growth in
the H-2B program.
Workforce Advantage should receive all initial
paperwork and processing fees no later than July
31st in order to insure timely delivery of Signature
Packages.

The Processing Fee covers the
following costs:
Development and Submittal of all
required documentation and application materials
to the appropriate State Employment Security
Agency & USDOL for foreign labor certification.
Coordination of required
advertisement within local newspaper.
Advertising costs up to $500 will be covered by
the initial processing fee. Any overage above
$500 will be billed back to the employer
Assistance with positive
recruitment effort and Final Recruitment
Reporting
Timely filing of application for
VISA issuance through the United States
Citizenship and Immigration Service.
Logistical coordination with
recruiting entities and US Consulates for
foreign worker interviews and crossings (Worker
interview fees will be billed to employer upon
worker arrival)
INS regular visa application fee
of $320
INS Premium Processing fee of
$1000
DOL Anti Fraud fee of $150
General employer assistance
available seven days a week
Additional worker fees
In addition to the processing fee outlined above,
Workforce Advantage will charge the following
assessment fees for the total number of workers to
be employed by the client:
Orders between 1 and 10 workers
- Covered through initial fee
Orders between 11 and 50
workers - $155.00 per worker
Orders between 51 and 150 workers
- $140.00 per worker
Orders over 150
workers - $100.00 per worker
Replacement workers
Number of workers may not exceed the total spaces
requested and issued under the employer VISA. "New
Workers" requiring replacement at any point during
the contract period will be replaced at no
additional charge. Replacements for "Preferred" or
"Employer Requested" workers will be charged in
accordance with the above stated fees regardless of
circumstances for early departure.
Applications filed less than 120
days prior to date of need
Workforce Advantage encourages employers to return
all documents and fees associated with the filing
process as early as possible so that we may begin
your process no less than 120 days prior to the
established date of need. Employers beginning the
process with less than 120 days prior to their date
of need, will accept the delays associated with late
filing and any consequences associated with
government procedural changes, requirements cap
limitations etc. All collected fees will fall under
WFA's non-refundable policy regardless of outcome.
Note: Due to the nature of the
VISA Filing process and the constraints imposed by
the federally mandated cap limitations on the H-2B
program, Workforce Advantage CAN NOT guarantee the
approval of any petition being filed at any stage of
the regulatory process. Furthermore, any
future change in the regulatory process and/or
required government fees may require that fees be
adjusted accordingly without prior notice
